NOMAD has been a great success. I would be sad to go back to the old way of doing things. I have had occasions in the past where tapes have gone astray, necessitating time consuming re- dictation. This is clearly not an issue with this system.

The system is very user-friendly and it is useful to be able to locate letters quickly, even after they have been dispatched . I have saved considerable time in my working week to enable me to do other essential admin duties. Letter layout is easy to read and dictation quality is high. The support telephone line has been invaluable
